1. push ctrl + the window switcher key (f5)
2. Look for view screen shot in the bottom right corner.
3. Click on it and save to Drive.

1. Click on the start button in bottom left corner.
2. Search for snipping tool.
3. Open snipping tool and click on new.
4. Select area on screen you want to take a photo of.
5. Save to a location
